Mission Statement

Cottonwood Arts Foundation is established for the purposes of education and participatory arts promotion. Activities will be held in public places in and around Norman, OK, and be free to the public.  A historical and environmentally friendly emphasis will be built into the artistic endeavors of Cottonwood Arts Foundation in memory of Frank Parman, its founder.
